Ordered a new sim with special offer 14GB for £10 a month.  Swapped sim, topped up and only got 7GB!!

And I've been deducted £2 from balance to use Internet today after I've topped up and have a bundle.

Currently searching new provider as this has right royally pi55ed me off this morning!!

Again Double Rewards is the Cashback...

Fully aware of that but you don't get double data either unless you opt into rewards.

*** .... It doesnt say you need to opt into Cashback to get the Double Data, as the double data is applied on purchase of the sim and top up, before you even opt into Rewards...

Im not going to go round in circles, as we are both understanding it differently,  so have asked the Managers to get an official answer

I'm not sure why you are confused.

It's very clear.....

new and existing customers with an Eligible Bundle must also be opted into the O2 rewards programme by texting REWARDS to 50202 before 22nd June to be eligible for double Rewards for 3 months.

Hey @madasaf1sh@MI5 I'm not totally familiar with this so just to clarify 100% I'll double check this with O2 and get back to you once I have received a response. 😉

And...? I am getting royally pee'd off with this issue, especially as it is in addition to many others I've had whilst TRYING to switch. There is very little that is straightforward with O2
