How can I contact someone to send me a SIM card nano and keep my number?

You have 3 options

1. is to call Customer Services on 4445 from your handset or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone

The following was provided by an o2 member of staff:
You need to call 202 from your mobile.
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

2. Use live chat on www.o2.co.uk/contactus and if and when an agent is available then you will get a pop up on screen.

3. Visit an o2 shop who can sort you out a sim there and then.
