Just installed a new SIM card into my Nokia 108 that I received in the post from O2 because my old card failed due to lack of use.
However, I cannot get the phone to work with the new number. Have tried to register the new number on the O2 website and need to get a confirmation code sent to my phone, but no code received.
What to do now?

If the card was stopped due to lack of use then you'll need to get customer services to re-activate the number - which may or may not be possible depending on how long it has been off for @MPS
You can call on 0344 809 0202 or message on social media if that works for you:
