Hi

I have upgraded phone and transferred sim. Everything is working fine. However my device details indicate that I am still using old phone. How can I update this please.

Thanks in advance.

Your actual device details update automatically after a while.

Using the edit function changes the name tag only, not the device details.

Hi @TOMMYBOAY

It will probably catch up later. These systems are running slowly.

However you can edit it yourself. Next to the name of device you will see a pencil icon. Use that to delete old device and write in the new one.

Hope that helps.
