Hi all - I joined O2 PAYG on Tuesday. I can't access the my O2 app. The pop-up keeps saying wait 48hrs then phone customer services (I can't get through to them; been on the phone over an hour). The web browser says I have no 'products or services'. Any ideas what to do? Sounds like the my O2 app is pretty useful! Thank you
