I have just got a new PAYG sim to put in a cheap phone to use for work when reception is forwarded to me at home, but I cannot top it up, I have tried online and by 4444, I have even tried to talk to a human on 4445 but every time I mention top up it sends me back to 4444.  

 

I cannot go to a shop because now they are closed, any ideas please?

First top up must be done with a voucher.
