I recently purchased an O2 PAYG sim (came with new number) to go in a new (used) phone and paid the £10.00 top up.

Formally an EE customer, Can I import/transfer my old number onto the new PAYG. sim without losing the top-up.

Yes, the credit will stay on the sim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You just need to get your PAC code from EE, and give it to o2 customer service. Text PAC to 65075 on your EE sim
