Network problems

I got an upgraded handset and from I got it my network has got gradually worse.
On YouTube I noticed titles to channels I am subscribed to changing and I had a playlist saved but when I tried to remove it I could not as the option was not on screen.
The 4G won’t work right for me and while I’ve not had one in the past, from all I have read it sounds like a virus.
I have been on with support now so many times I am sure they think I’m crazy but I can’t just ignore these things.
I am actually wondering as crazy as this sounds, can my serial and imei number along with other info be used to do this type of thing?
I have had other things happen also, and am about ready to delete all any help would be much appreciated.
