Hi, I bought a new O2 sim and it was suppose to have £10 credit loaded to use straight away, it had nothing and I tried to text to have it added but reply said not eligible. I have loaded £10 on to see if required but it did not add free credit.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 4445 or 0344 809 0222 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

If you ported in a number from another network you are not eligible for the free credit.
Also, you should have topped up before texting for the free credit, so if you haven't texted since topping up, text again, FREE10 to 21500
