I think it is illegal and disgusting that you completely changed my tariff after it was your fault I was not able to get into my o2 account to stop a Bolt-on I had that was not working for me at all now you have taken away my free 300 texts allowance and my rewards thieving o2 that is now your making me pay 55 a minute in calls 30 for a rip off text and you think that's fair after it is your fault for these problems disgraceful company now and more of a rip off since you joined up with Virgin the worst company for ripping people off. And you expect me to recommend you never after I have been with you for over 20 years now. You give nothing for loyalty at o2.
