Am a vulnerable aged person who registered a £10 to up bought for me as a voucher in a shop. I registered it correctly and was notified it was done. A short time later I noticed it had disappeared and was back to my old balance. Have tried various numbers on landlines and mobile but no calls are being put through, just the automated rigmarole. Don't want to lose my money as can I'll afford it. Any help will be appreciated as it's so important to keep in touch with family on other side of the world. Thank you.

@inpurdah

What tariff are you on?

Big bundles convert credit into allowances so unless you have an older classic tariff you will need to top up again to get international calling credit.

An international sim would be better for you maybe ?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Are you able to check My O2 or register for it? You can see what tariff you are on and possibly change it to the international sim.
