I ordered and paid for a £10 pay as you go sim it has not arrived.

When did you order the sim card, as it can take upto 7 days to arrive as it comes via Royal Mail

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

And if you had requested one from O2, it would have been free to order, but you'd then need to get a voucher from a PhonePay outlet (newsagent, filling station, etc) to do your first top-up.

Sim cards are posted first class so should arrive next day.

Not sure why you think you have paid £10 as you don't pay until you top up.

Just order another free one from O2
