Solved: My pay as you go is coming to an end

My pay as you go is ending soon I would like to continue with the plan I am on now do I need to do anything its not clear in the text you sent but I would like to stay on the same deal I am currently on

PAYG deals don't end unless O2 are withdrawing the tariff you are on.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
