Guide here Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Most rehab / hospices and hospitals have issues with mobile phone signals due to the fact they act like a faraday cage. This is why they still use pages which use an internal network.

Also added to the fact that radio waves struggle to penetrate walls as per the laws of physics which state most radio waves are absorbed by stone walls or bounce off metal...

Also added to the fact that indoor signal is not guaranteed, it might be worth speaking toe the rehab centre and asking for advice or use wifi calling, if they have wifi.
