Hi all! I have kept my old payg SIM card in my old phone as if I forget passwords they send them to that number. I went to get a message through there to find my number has been cut off (haven’t topped it up you see) before I contact cunstomer support does anyone know if it can be reconnected if I call from my new number and give them the one I want activated again?
Thank you

As long as it hasn't been too long they will reconnect you.
You need to make a chargeable call once every 6 months to keep the sim active.

Uch I’m not so good at replying am I! Late again! Sadly they couldn’t reconnect the number as it had been a while 😞 they were very apologetic about it but I suppose it’s my own fault for not thinking of topping up!
