My o2 app saying not available to me but I’ve topped up phone before on the app

We are unable to access your details so you could ask o2 customer services 

If you are on social media leave them a message or phone 

send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone

Delete the app, reboot your 'phone and reinstall the app. 

That often resolves the problem.
