My number hasn't transferred

How long will it take?

I would have thought it would be done by now

How can I check the progress?

It will be Tuesday at the earliest as number ports and transfers aren't done at weekends

You will receive a text informing you of the day of change and an approximate time

If you haven't received a text by Tuesday evening then you need to call customer service
