Why am I topping my mums £5 big bundle every month with £10.00 that only lasts a month. Help

You'll need to contact O2 to find out where the credit is going then.

Call 4445 or message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
It could be a premium subscription that needs dealing with.

Your Mum must be using the left over £5 credit on something not included in allowances.
