Hello everyone. I have two pay as you go numbers for several years. Never had a problem with anything until December 2022.
One of the numbers on my account on the website and in the application has started to disappear. I tried to add it several times, and each time after a few, sometimes several days it disappeared and so on and on and on. I also tried to call customer service but they say that this number is active and working properly. Why is it disappearing? Someone help me?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 4445 from your o2 phone ro 0344 809 0222 from another phone, and ask them to escalate to the IT Team
