My data didn’t roll over when I switched bundles. It also took away my last day of data when I switc

Data from previous bundle didn’t roll over.
I also had one day left of data I had about (70GB left) and it got erased when I switched bundles that day. (So I didn’t get to use that data on my final day)

Data doesn't roll over if you switch bundles as it's attached to the old tariff.

If you lost a days worth of allowances, you'll need to call customer service to get it looked at on 4445 or numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
