Hello 

yesterday when the time to top up I change my bundle from 10 to 15£ and I received a conformation email then I top up £15 but they take only £10 after few minutes they showed I have to top up again because I don’t have balance to get £15 bundle?!!!

You need to speak to o2 about this on 4445 or these numbers from another phone Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
