I havent used my sim for awhiile but i wanted to start using it again and it isnt working in any phone i try it in it shows no signal on my iphone 7 and when i try it on the samsung 8 although it looks the same when you call it nothing goes through. So i would like to know if it can be sorted and have my sim working again.

Hi @TiaKelly Its a PAYG sim. So you must have made a chargeable call once every 6 months...and topped up every 999 days. If you haven't done this you will find the sim has been deactivated.  You could give customer services a call and see if it can be used again.https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

@TiaKelly It maybe deactivated & customer service maybe able to reactivate it but it’s likely you will need a new sim & number. Contact customer service from this link
