Hi,
Recently my card become inactive. I found simillar topic, but I still can't solve problem. When I logon my account my number disapeard from account and I can't use live chat. I tryed to contact o2 on 03448090202 and 08000321402 but they respond only to urgent cases. I still have my old card but is doesnt work. All o2 stores are now closed. What other options I have to activate my old number please?

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Same here.
My O2 number and My O2 account have been deactivated without notice. The balance is around £10.
I called Customer Service twice and each time they hang me up.
Then I sent a text to CS 07860980202 and had no response.
The Customer Service is discontinued at O2.

Customer servicee is NOT disconnected, it's running a limited service due to the pandemic.

My PAYG SIM has also recently been de-activated and disappeared from my list on O2 website. I rang the 0344 809 0202 number and spoke to a real person (!) who told me that number could not be used to reactivate a PAYG SIM, only pay monthly ones. Is there an alternative number to re-activate it as she could not help me?
