Solved: My Phone is barred

I just got a new phone and gave my s6 to a friend. I tried to unlatch it from 02 but they said it was Barred before I unlatch it. What do i do.

If the replacement phone is barred contact the seller to ask why

Where did you get the new phone?

if it is your old phone barred then ask o2 why
