My Pay as you go sim just got deactivated, I need to keep that number.

is there a way of activating it / getting a replacement with the same number? 

 

or getting in contact with o2 about it?

All networks will deactivate PAYG sims if not used, just be aware.

O2 is 6 months, others only 3, so check your T&C's carefully.

Thank you for the replies, never had any Issues with o2 but decided to go with Asda Mobile & get a new number.

  • £4 & £5 bundles & also cheaper standard Call & Text rates so it's cheaper for a very light user.
  • 270 days of no Top Up; 180 days + a warning text & then 90 days in restricted mode in which to call them & reactivate.
