For some reason, I can't log into the app anymore, as it says I do not have a monthly or pay as you go plan, even though I do have a pay as you go plan.
I can perfectly log into my account on my laptop, but the app isn't working anymore.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
If that doesn't work you'll have to speak to customer services on 4445 for them to reset your account.
