My Mobile Data isn't working

I've gotten my mobile data yesterday and kept on resetting my phone and the network but it's still not working. Whenever I activate it it just says that it's not on.

First try re-starting your phone.

Then check the network status here O2 Service Status 

If neither help, give customer service a call Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Text Active to 2020, save the settings then reboot your phone.
