I'm in New Zealand and cannot contact customer services as I do not have a landline. My sim is giving me a message saying

SIM not provisioned

I cannot get a reset code as the only other number is a New Zealand Mobile number on 2 degrees

Hi @pjp40

Sim not Provisioned usually means it's not been activated. Did you have a new sim recently?

Either way you need to contact customer services. Either borrow a phone and ring them on these numbers

https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Or you could speak to live chat if you don't have access to another phone.

Best of luck and welcome to the forum Welcome

@pjp40

Can you try your SIM in another phone?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
