My £10 top up is showing 0 with a bolt on that I didn’t want!

My £10 first top up is showing balance of £0 with a bundle that I did not pick. Also it states on the sim pack that if I top up £10 I also get £10 of credit. When I text free10 it shows that I’m not eligible for this bundle!? What is this about

Credit is exchanged for bundle allowances so you now have call, texts and data to use for 30 days.

The tariff is dependant on the sim and can be changed in your MyO2 once every 30 days.

To get your free £10 you'll need to call O2 on 4445.
