Multiple charges for one active o2 Account (+44xxxxxxxx22)

TO o2 & WHOMEVER IT MAY CONCERN: URGENT HELP REQUIRED
 
I have been charged ten pounds (£10 GBP) three (3) times this month (September, 2023) for the same service: a Pay-As-You-Go Rolling Plan for my o2 phone number +44xxxxxxxx22. 
 
Two (2) of these payments were taken on the 1st and the third (3rd) payment was taken on the 7th, all from the same Visa card.
 
I only have the one mobile phone number above with o2 and so should only have a single Rolling Plan account as an o2 customer for which I should only pay ten pounds (£10.00 GBP) per month.
 
This is the first time I've been so wrongly charged!
 
I have visited, and spoken a number of times to, the branch manager of the o2 shop at Peterborough PE1 1NS without any success.
 
My last call on this to o2 (4445) was on 12/09/2023 at17:58 and I spoke to Shuvam who said he'd informed "the back engine" to stop taking these extra payments and that I should call again after 72 hours. That call lasted about 30 minutes and I really can not be expected to waste any more of my time on this matter.
 
I am by this email asking you to urgently refund the twenty pounds (£20.00 GBP) wrongly taken from me thus far to my card, and to stop taking extra payments from me immediately.

Looking forward to your urgent response.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)
