How many mobiles can be unlocked using the same O2 PAYG SIM and MyO2 account?

My family have 6x O2 locked mobiles which were purchased off the O2 website in 2016. I've successfully used the manual online form to unlock 3x mobiles. After this only got rejections.

I contacted Live Chat and the agent insisted I could not have unlocked using the method I've already used. Unbelievable.

Agent said I needed to buy a new O2 SIM. After much frustration I was forced to buy the cheapest new O2 SIM I could find. Inserted SIM into mobile #4, sent some texts, and requested an unlock within MyO2. It worked in less than 24 hours. Great!

Inserted SIM into mobile #5, sent some texts, and requested an unlock within MyO2. No response for over 48 hours.

Have been struggling with this since beginning of March. I need to unlock mobiles # 5 and #6 before Sunday so family can move to EE.

Any ideas?

As meny as you want because O2 have not set a rule if now meny you can unlock using the same pay as you go SIM card.
