Hi,

Was wondering if someone could tell me the answer to the following questions: -

If I have just ordered a sim and activated it today by topping up £10, and £10 has automatically been taken from the top up to pay for a bundle, is it possible to reverse the bundle and just have the £10 on a PAYG tarrif?

Also, if the £10 has gone and I now have the bundle for the next month, can I switch to Standard PAYG now anyway, and how would I do this?

Thanks.

There are no standard tariffs now on O2

Only big bundles are available I'm afraid

Look at giffgaff or Tesco for simple P&G tariffs

Thanks.

What happens if I have the account set up to renew on a £15 bundle, and I only have £7 in the account? Would the bundle simply not renew, with £7 remaining in the account and standard tarrif charges applied if I make call/text/use data?

Yes that would work but I recommend you turn off mobile data if that's what you want to do

Thanks so much, that's all I wanted to know. I need a sim for receiving calls on in an emergency and I find O2 to have the best signal in my area.
