My elderly father has an ancient Nokia flip phone that he is struggling to use now ( Tiny buttons, small screen etc). He has been on a PAYG contract for about 10 years. I would like to give him an old phone i have, that is more user friendly. Is it possible to transfer his contract to the new phone.

If his simcard fit he can just pop it into the phone. It doesn't matter what phone he uses it in.

Thank you. Unfortunately its a very old phone with the old big sim card. Too big for any modern phone.

@Davefromtherigs

You just need a sim swap but right now the only way is to call customer service.

Might be an idea to wait a bit if you can?
