@Lilrae

Best thing to do is move to the classic PAYG tariff and make a call or send text at least once every 6 months to keep it active..

https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go#simtype=classicpayasyougo

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

How to switch here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/classic-pay-as-you-go

If you're an existing Pay As You Go customer, you can switch to Classic Pay As You Go in one of the following ways:

  • text CLASSIC free to 21300
  • call 2202 free from your mobile
  • visit My O2.

You’ll be switched over on your next renewal date.
