All info on Big bundles here, including ways to top up https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

Paying and topping up

Payment for your Big Bundle comes out of your credit each month. The easiest way to add credit is to use auto top-ups, but you can also:

  • Call 4444 from your mobile
  • Go to any UK cash machine with the green top-up logo
  • Use an E-Top Up card
  • Buy a voucher anywhere you see the green top-up logo

Because that's how contracts run, and Pay As You Go is not a contract tariff, it is as it says it is.

We’ve had others report issues setting up auto top up recently so you might need to call customer service on 4445 for help in getting it working.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
