Money removed from balance for texting

Hi - I just sent a text to o2 and 4GBP was taken out of my balance. Random amounts keep being taken out of my balance for texts. How do I check this and how do I get a refund?

Have you got credit on your phone? If so you need to contact O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
