Money going missing from my balance

Help! I had 5 pound in my account balance and now I go check, there's 3 pound.. I left 5 pound in there so when I go to top up 15 pound I can get the 20 pound tariff bundle. I'm wondering where my 2 pound has gone from my account balance 😕

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Hi @tjmalone444 , If you are on PAYG the 2 pounds could be for internet access, if you have used all your data you will be charged a maximum of 2 pounds per day for data usage (Until your next monthly renewal)

To stop more charges to your credit turn off mobile data.
