You will need to contact customer Services on 4445 and they will be able to tell you what the £6.50 has been charged for.
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

You'll need to topup again to get your bundle unfortunately.

Your credit could have been lost due to a premium rate service.
