I topped my phone up on the 8th August and activated my big bundle and everything  was fine then suddenly last week my mobile data stopped workingany help would be great ty.

Could it be that your data allowance has been exhausted, @nix77? The MyO2 app is one way to check.

Info on the My O2 app is here https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/my-o2

Or in PAYG you can text BALANCE to 20202

Or you can go to your phone settings and check 'data used'. This will also show you how much is left. Or when you used the last Megabit...
