Mobile data refuses to work in city centre

I have tried everything possible including full reset of the phone, using a different phone etc. The mobile data does not work at all in the city centre, this has been happening for the past week. I have been charged for using mobile data despite not being able to use it within the city centre. It is definitely a network problem on your end as the mobile data works completely fine in other areas outside the city centre. please do a full reset on my network and remove the 'data blocker' if it continues to not work I will be switching to a different carrier and I will be suing under the small claims court for the remainder of my pay as you go balance and the data usage within the past week in which it was not working, I have the required evidence to do so.

If data works elsewhere it is likely to be a network problem or over utilisation
