Hi, can't get through to O2, can anyone help me out. I've just recently  switched to a Motorola e6 plus phone, put my PAYG sim in, turned off all mobile data, as I only use wifi at home and O2 are taking money off my credit, which I hadn't realised until I saw a box pop up saying I'd only been  charged  £1 for a day, so realised odd amounts have been  taken for other quick hits on apps  😕 Need this to stop especially as can't speak to anyone at O2! Thanks.

@SonHam You'll need to keep trying to get through to customer service. We've seen other posts that suggest using 0800 587 4005 to get through. Other numbers to try are in the link below. Use any option. Even Fraud or lost/stolen if necessary.

Make sure that the WiFi assist is turned off.
Also check under the WiFi menu that switch to mobile data is off (swaps to mobile if WiFi is slow or poor).
Check apps and software updates are set to WiFi only.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
