Missing reward voucher

I requested a o2 voucher reward of amazon of £10 over 3 weeks ago now and have recived nothing in the post. When I spoke to guru online they gave me a email address I have heard nothing since then. Once again another guru told me the same email address which hasn't got me anywhere as they don't deal directly with the reward vouchers. Can anyone help me where to turn next regarding this please?
As o2 support doesn't seem to deal with this directly 😞

If you go instore I'm fairly sure they have access to the rewards system. Maybe they can help or they should certainly know who to contact.
