Hi! I cashed in £10 of my o2 Rewards balance for an Amazon gift voucher last Weds (10th) however i still haven't received the voucher. I was hoping that i would have it by this weekend as i wanted to put it towards a gift for my fiance I've been given an email address to try by one of the o2 Gurus but from what i've seen on the forums it can take a while to get a reply- is there any way of chasing this up sooner? TIA

You would be advised to chase it up with Airtime Rewards as this isn't a promotion owned by O2
