Hi folks.
Just logged onto to My02 to top up PAYG phone & got a shock.
NO device or product on this account.
YET they sent a code to phone WTH?
Added phone & received another code which entered.
After entering code got this message:
Sorry we can't find any products or services for this number.
WTH is going on?
The next payment date is 11/10/23.
This account has been in regular use for the last 3 months.
Any help on this will be appreciated, thanks.

You do not need to log-in anywhere to top up your PAYG phone, @HandyAndy - https://www.o2.co.uk/topup
Ignore the "Sign In" button:
It will ask you for the number you want to top-up, then the amount, the address to which your payment card is registered, and your card details. You will get an e-mail receipt also, if you enter your e-mail address. Just make sure you enter the correct number to be topped-up, no refunds if you top up the wrong phone!

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Thanks, that worked. Got given a simple answer which worked, so I'll remember that if it ever occurs again.
Just log out, close browser & then retry. Worked a charm.
