Missing credits in my account

Hey, 

I have tried to top-up today as it's the last day of my tariff bundle, but both website and phone top-up failed. I checked 12 hours ago and my credit was 9.xxGBP, but NOW when I check again it's 0.00GBP. I haven't made any paid calls or text anyone. 

How could this possibly happen ?

I suggest you check with customer services to see if it's been used or taken to renew your bundle http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Good morning @TYJP, I was wondering if you managed to find out more about this missing credit since you posted yesterday? Did you get a chance to check in with Customer Service as @MI5 suggested?
