Hey,
I have tried to top-up today as it's the last day of my tariff bundle, but both website and phone top-up failed. I checked 12 hours ago and my credit was 9.xxGBP, but NOW when I check again it's 0.00GBP. I haven't made any paid calls or text anyone.
How could this possibly happen ?
