You missed calls from me at 12:00, 12:00 and 12:00 02 Mar.This is a free Call Alert from O2. To disable this dial 901, press *, then option 4 and option 5.

Hi, I was on a call when my phone cut out. The caller said they had tried calling as I had to wait a moment while it turned on.
I noticed the above message in my inbox sometime later.
The missed calls are from the same person yet are at the exact same time.
Can anyone explain?
The o2 site will not recognise my number as valid, I tried to contact them with this number yet it is not recognised.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Hi thanks for the link, my missed calls are from the same number and at the same time, this is not covered.
If it was three missed calls there would be a time difference.
Wondering how it’s happened and why I can’t verify my own number.
Thanks

Not sure what you mean by not being able to verify your number?

When trying to contact o2 they ask name and number before a chat session.
When I fill the form it says my number is not valid?
I am registered with my o2 as they told me that’s why it was happening.
It did not fix anything.
Thanks

I'll ask the obvious question that is are you sure you are entering the correct number?

Also, how long have you had the number and has it recently been ported to O2 from another network?

For sure it’s the right number, I have had it around a year now and yes I have reported it to o2.
I reported it a few weeks ago by call, they told me they would investigate and get back but now when I ask about this they do not know and seem clueless.
Thanks
