Misleading offers

So I ordered a sim card £10 big bundle offer with 15GB a few days ago, top up yesterday, and it only gave me 3GB.

The other offer was the top up £10 get £10 free credit. I texted FREE10 to 21500. The text comes back and says "It looks like this offer isn't for you."

I feel disappointed by this so called offer.

There have been issues with this offer but if you call customer service, they will add it for you.

The number ending 4005 seems to get the best response.

So I just got off from customer service and I got the 15GB, but was told the £10 free credit offer has changed/ended. The £10 free credit is still advertised on the website and letter with the sim card.

If advertised with your sim, you should still get it.
