As of 4th Dec each time I send a message I no longer get the notification saying what my O2 pay and go balance is and the code #10# says connection problem or invalid MMI. My connection is full strength and I have no idea what the MMI thing is or how to check anything. How can I get the notification back on and the #10# working again?

O2 are changing their systems with the introduction of 4G Calling, WiFi Calling and 5G for PAYG customers. This seems to have disappeared

Call O2 on 4445 to reinstate your balance notifications.
