Message fromO2 and paying for data

I had a message from O2 saying I last topped up in a store. I did not, the nearest store is 45 miles away.
I topped up this morning but I have just received a message saying I have been charged for data and will be again tomorrow.

It's from O2 stating other ways to top up meaning stores are closed. It's going out in waves to all customers on P&G.

The message is a genuine one from O2 that they have sent to everyone.
Your allowances won't renew until your anniversary date so data will be charged daily until then.
