Solved: Make a payment to pay off my phone

Hi, I’d like to pay off my phone. The app only allows me to pay below or the monthly agreed amount. How would i go about doing this

You would need to call customer services @Shima.
There are a few numbers to try in the link below, and you can use Skype to call the 0800 ones.
Best time to call is between 8am and 8:30am.
